Martha C. Wright
("Martha")
Wright was an abolitionist and helped organize the Seneca Falls Convention. She worked with her sister Lucretia Mott throughout her life. Mott would usually talk in front of people, and Wright was the supportive one. After the Seneca Falls Convention, Wright continued to participate in state and national women's rights conventions. She became secretary for the National Women's Rights Convention in 1852 and 1856 ("Martha C.").
